Donation Pick-Up Request - This ReStore is located in Harrisonburg, VA

PICK-UP INFORMATION

If pictures are not submitted, this can delay getting a pick-up scheduled.

You can make a difference by simply donating unwanted items to the Central Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore located in Harrisonburg, Virginia.  
 
We are in need of individuals, local business owners, contractors, store managers, and groups to partner with on our mission to help those in need. All the proceeds from our ReStore go to fund Habitat for Humanity houses in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, Virginia. 
 
Pick-Up Information:
 
Our primary pick-up days are Tuesday and Thursday each week.  With additional capacity added as available.  All pick-ups are by appointment only.  Our typical scheduling is for the week following your submission being received.  We do not handle "emergency" pick-ups via this form.  Please call ReStore directly at (540) 490-0300 if you need more immediate assistance during our normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday. 
 
Once this form is submitted, a Donations Coordinator will contact you at the number provided to confirm your information, request additional pictures if necessary, and establish the date and time for your pick-up.  Submissions sent in after 3 PM on Saturday through Tuesday morning will be handled starting Tuesday mornings.
 
At time of pick-up, please have all large items that require disassembly disassembled, and have all items in an easily accessible location, ready prior to time of pick-up, unless prior arrangements have been made for specific locations within the home.  
 
 

Terms and Conditions: 

Not all requested donations and pick-ups can be accepted due to lack of space, limitations on what items we accept, and staff availability. Submitting this form does not schedule your pick-up.  We will do our best to accommodate the dates/times provided but cannot guarantee we will have availability at these times. 

By submitting this form, you agree to be added to the Central Valley Habitat for Humanity contact list and receive promotions and mailings by email, mail, or phone until you unsubscribe. If you would like to edit your contact settings, please call our office at (540) 828-6288 and speak with our Office and Finance Coordinator.

You understand that this is not a guarantee of pick-up. Central Valley Habitat for Humanity reserves the right to refuse any item at time of pick-up based on final discretionary decision of our Donation Ambassadors during the pick-up time. We are not a junk-hauling service, nor a trash service.  It is the responsibility of the property owner or renter to ensure that all items have been removed from the property after any designated pick-ups have been performed by Central Valley Habitat for Humanity.
